Licensing restrictions on DVDs and videos

The Library purchases DVDs and videos with an educational licence where this is available and as funds allow.

However some DVDs and videos may be licensed for private home use only and exclude all other forms of use (this will usually be stated on the container).

DVDs and videos can generally only be used in a classroom setting if an educational licence applies or where this is expressly permitted. If you have any questions, please ask Collection Services.
